Hello Loves
Happy Monday people, i believe your weekend went on well, yeah? mine was amazing and i thank God. Okay, so, Finding the right size bra is often a trouble for many women, a good number of women wear the wrong size bra. This is not
healthy for your breasts, more especially if the breasts are in a too tight
bra.You need to let your breasts have free time from bras daily. This will
help the lymph flow
inside your breasts. And when choosing a bra, ensure that you have a
fitting session to avoid going home with the wrong size. And remember the
right-size bra completely changes the shape of your body by lifting
your breasts to where they belong and slims your whole figure.Below are
some few steps that you need to follow when choosing your right size bra.
Measure your band sizeRun a tape measure all the way around your body just underneath your breasts and take a
measurement in inches. Make sure the tape measure is horizontal and
fairly snug. And your arms should be down
.
Determine your cup sizeBreasts are different in terms of shape (even between
your own breasts), the most accurate way to determine our cup size is
by using your current bra size as a starting point. The cups are sized
relative to the band, so if you were to try a smaller band size but keep
the same cup size, the cups would be too small.
NOTE:The majority of leading brands use UK cup sizing: AA, A, B, C, D, DD, E,
F, FF, G, GG, H, HH, J, JJ, K, KK, L, LL. If you're shopping and you a get a US
cup, you might see cup sizes such as DDD or DDDD. These are equivalent to E
and F.
Do the fitting of the braYou should not regard this as your definitive size until you have tried
on a few bras,
and even then you will often find you need a different
size in different brands or styles of bra.
Check the band sizeThe correct band size is the
smallest you can comfortably wear.
It needs to be firm enough that the
bra is still fairly supportive without weighing down heavily on the
shoulder straps.
See how it looks with your top on When you find a new
bra that fits well, maybe in a different size or style to the ones
you're used to. Try and see what it does for your figure.
If
you're trying a t-shirt bra it's also important to make sure it gives
you a smooth line under fitted clothes.
With the right bra size comes along with major confidence.
love lots
